COVID-19 Immunization Clinic

COVID-19 vaccines are available for FREE at the LCHD on Mondays only from 8:30am to 3:45pm. We have all COVID-19 vaccine types for all ages, each administered by one of our awesome LCHD nurses. Appointments are strongly encouraged and can be made by visiting our COVID-19 page. For those with mobility issues, we are happy to bring the vaccine to your vehicle. Just give us a call upon your arrival (815-844-7174 ext. 0).
